Steam Overlay [BUG]
When using the theme, steam overlay briefly shows but then fades to a black screen. Making this theme unusable unless you don't use steam overlay
Hello friend, I'm sorry you're encountering this problem! Can you leave a little more info, like what patcher you are using, etc? (I hate to be be bearer of bad news but nobody else has reported this problem):
I found the issue, it seems to be something to do with steams new game recording feature. If I completely disable it, the overlay shows normally. About 1 second after opening the overlay with it enabled, it makes a smooth transition to just a black screen without any other UI visible. So it's like Steam's game recording feature is trying to show a pop-up, but it is maybe invisible or texture-less? idk
In regard to the issue, could you please explain a bit more on what kind of information you require me to share? I'm not quite sure what you mean by what patcher I'm using? If you want any specific steam logs, I could send those?
I'm using the latest version of Millennium and the latest version of your theme (downloaded through the automatic install process on Millennium's site). I have JavaScript & Stylesheets enabled, and I've tried both with and without plugins enabled, and the issue still persists. And I'm pretty sure it is a theme related issue, because disabling ATOM fixes the issue.
If this is something that doesn't seem to be findable or fixable on your end, I'll just keep Steam's recording feature disabled and check periodically to see if it was resolved by patches to Steam, Millennium, and ATOM over time.
