Document Specs Supported in README

It says RSS. But doesn't specify which specs are used. RSS 2.0? Atom 1.0? I'm confused.

Okay the following Stack article suggests both Atom and RSS 2.0 are supported: https://stackoverflow.com/a/25432629/712334. Documenting that is probably a solid idea.
