Manual exposure failed

With moving objects , the manual mode does not allow you to take pictures . An example are the trees blowing in the wind in a photo at night.

Can you be more specific about the problem? The scene should not affect the ability to take photos at all.

OK In manual exposure with minimum value 1/1,2 :

• Stationary objects : the application takes a picture

• Moving objects : the application does not take a photo and loops. Moving objects can be anything: the pendulum of a clock , a tree, a passing car , a cat , a hand-shake .

  if the scene is not perfectly still (using a tripod )not take a picture and go in loop I have to restart the phone or kill the app

That's a very weird problem. Are you able to provide logs from adb logcat when that happens?
