[Feat] Add a setting to allow alternative imports on character sheet from (fancy) compendia

Allow for the selection of different fancy compendia to import documents onto an actor sheet

Original Issue

Over the years I've accumulated huge custom item/spells etc compendia with SRD content, alternate arts/icons and many other items such from alternate sources.

Would be nice to have a way to allow these alternative items, spells or maneuvers to be imported to the character sheet from a non SRD (fancy) compendium. Perhaps through a global setting, a character sheet setting or perhaps on the function itself? By Jorawesome
