Add fields to support more note types.

Original Issue

Just wanted to suggest a spot on the character sheet for bonds, flaws, ideals, and goals like in the vanilla 5e character sheet. I know it'd be helpful rather than just a blank "notes" textbox. It'd also be good to keep track of the followers somewhere like on the A5E sheet. By Pasta_Parade
