[Feat] Roll a chat card reminder when critted in the context of breakable items

A5e has equipment features like Fragile, where if you're wearing padded leather and get crit by a Piercing weapon the armor breaks.

This is hard as heck to remember mid-game, it'd be great to have a FRAGILE - BROKEN text pop-up or little graphic that occurred when the system detected a crit from relevant damage against a Fragile item.

It doesn't have to delve into detecting hits, damage dealt etc., JUST that piercing damage attack dealt a crit against someone with Fragile armor of the relevant type. By distracteddm
