[Feat] Add Support for consumption of currency as a resource

Some features require spending coin to use the feature, and it would be great if a) there was an option under Resource Consumer for Cost (possibly just in gp), and b) if it took from the largest denomination and worked its way down.

For example, if I had 3 pp and 70 gp, and the feature cost 100 gp, it would wipe both the pp and gp.
