[Feat] Allow NPC XP field to be edited

I use MCDM flee mortals. They have minion type monsters with CR but a reduced XP. Would be nice if the XP could also be edited, since its fixed so its not tied solely to the CR.

I'm inclined to just offer an MCDM minion option for monsters. It'll be a lot less complicated than providing an editable but still automatically calculated xp field.

Unless we just use the calculated xp as placeholder text 🤔

EDIT: Alternatively, we can make xp something available in the actor template data, and we can fall back to a calculated value where non exists. I do think that's going to make for a potentially jarring user experience though.

Just providing the option seems like an easier approach honestly

I'm just concerned that another book is right around the corner with a different xp system, and then we're going to get the exact same feature request. I'd like to be flexible if possible.

Of course, we're also not considering homebrew.

I think the potential longterm solution here is to allow users / modules to define different xp progressions, and to allow users to configure an actor to use a given progression. That could work for both PCs and NPCs.
