Can not find these two .dll MSVCP140.dll VCRUNTIME140.dll

I reinstalled the file like 10 times and visual code 2015 thing like 2 times i even manually downloaded the .dll files put it into the file when I tried to run it said the application was unable to start correctly (0xc000007b) click ok to close the app

Download the ddl's files and put them in system32 and syswow64 directories
