Suggestion: allow different configurations for bluetooth v. receiver

Devices can behave differently when connected directly via bluetooth v. via a receiver. For example, the kernel assumes all devices connected via a receiver do not have high resolution scrolling, since it can't differentiate between specific devices. As such, I would like for my MX Master 3S to have high resolution scrolling enabled when it is connected via bluetooth, and disabled when connected via a receiver.
