Voxel sandbox game with a large render distance, procedurally generated content and some cool graphical effects.
Hexagons would show less square-like chunk borders, and they prevent 4-way intersections.
Some caves are large and open and the player would greatly benefit from something like grappling hooks, wall climbing or lukki mutation style movement, maybe some ropes. A Mario style...

We need larger structures that work together, like doors. This might be doable with the rotation system.
