Make Advanced Controls a submenu of Controls

I decided to put it outside the controls menu, because I didn't want to bury these power-user settings too deep. I also think the name "Advanced Controls" is not really fitting, but I couldn't think of a better name. Maybe you have some suggestions?

Maybe "Controls" could be "Keybinds" and "Advanced Controls" could be "Controls" And move mouse sensitivity to the new Controls.
