Refactor stone types

Most of the stone attributes are shared within the blocks types (tiles/bricks/base), the one odd case are the walls which have a different model and rotation, and shouldn't be usable as tool materials since they are crafted 2 for 1.
Example: cubyz:slate/base
Also needs to add both block and item migrations as well as normalize how tiles are called (see #2240)

The one big question that needs to be answered is:
Do we want to look ahead and put all stones in one folder (→cubyz:stone/slate/base vs cubyz:slate/base)?
@careeoki @ikabod-kee since you work with these the most, I would like to hear your opinion.
Also while doing this tile vs tiles should be normalized to fix #2240
I would want cubyz:slate/base.
... As we move more stuff into folders, the internal names get more illegible, and #973 (when i say this all i mean is english support) would be really great to have
