Glass items are invisible in 0.0.1
Steps to Reproduce and Observed Behavior
I have the cyan glass selected, but as you cannot see, you can't see it.
Note that some other transparent blocks are fine, you can see ice and amber blocks dropped on the floor.
And yes, I do have the view model on. And glass item drops are invisible too.
Please propose how we should render them, given that we cannot use transparency, and dithering doesn't work for absorption.
Even if they were just opaque it would be an improvement. Or give glass some kind of fallback texture while it's an item that has its color already baked in.
Why exactly can't we just render the held items on top of everything with effects and all?
certainly, but that doesn't help the item drops.
