"Inventory Full" Indicator

Was playing in a modpack and found this cool indicator that tells you when your inventory is full. It's a good indicator and would be useful in many situations where you're going "why can't I pick this thing up?"

How should this be implemented? I see four options:

1. Text like in the picture.
2. Some kind of Icon when full.
3. Multiple Icons, which are there the entire Time showing how full the Inventory is.
4. Same as 3 but in Text variant

That could work. Maybe we should do this after #1004?

something like this? where on the screen should its position be? I personally think it fits maybe to the right or left of the hotbar
