d3admin: allow edit mode to upload new files to the dist point for existing pkgs, offering to overwrite any that might already exist.

Need JAMF to provide real access to the MD5 checksum for the pkg. Changing it via MySQL doesn't work cuz the JSS usually has it cached, and overwrites the change with the old checksum
