Thumbnails don't obey Center of Interest

I'm trying to get better thumbnails by setting my Center of Interest. No matter what I do, B.D. shows just the center of the image as the thumb. If I switch over to Modus, the Center of Interest takes just fine. Based on that, I think the issue is with B.D.
