Title text chopped, Request addition to Information section

The title text on photo pages is chopped, but that is understandable if the text is long, though there is blank space to accommodate more title text. Could you also add the Title text to the Information section? This Title text is that which is entered upon photo upload.

Also could we get some sort of configurable variable, how many symbols we would like to see in the title before being chopped? (The current 28 symbols is just too short)
