Version: 2.2.4

When the admins are notified with the subscription of a new user, the link provided fails when the username contains special characters (well... at least when the username contains a space).

Example (in french) :

Utilisateur: Gabriel DUPONT Email : [email protected]

Administration : http://mysite.fr/admin.php?page=user_list&username=Gabriel DUPONT

Utilisateur connecté : visiteur IP : 1.2.3.4 Navigateur : Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_5_8) AppleWebKit/534.50.2 (KHTML, like Gecko) Version/5.0.6 Safari/533.22.3

Un bug un peu différent, mais cependant très proche :

Lorsqu'on a une apostrophe dans le nom d'utilisateur, le caractère d'échappement n'est pas retiré du sujet du courriel. Exemple :

« [Ma galerie photo] 12 photos ajoutées par Valéry Giscard d'Estaing »

@MatthieuLP could we add a "user=" in the URL of page=user_list ? We would change the URL sent by email to administrators.
