Albums not shown if the default download pref size is unavailable

If "small" is picked for example and is not available on the server, the albums won't show up.

This is linked to #207 and some comment that we need to show only the available sizes for the server, given by the API.

This is related to #207, because we need to show only the options that are available for the current server and also store the selected size separately for each account.

Assigning it to a late milestone, as two obvious workarounds are available:

selecting only available size
changing the server configuration to make other sizes available
