[Enhancement] Limiter - Increase Max Release Time

Listening to dynamic content and poorly mastered podcasts with loud road noise is so much better with the limiter/compressor. However for the purpose of volume normalization a much longer release time would be helpful. A maximum value of 1000ms or more would make a big difference.

I totally second this idea. Max release time should be even higher, I use 2000 ms on my PC effects. It allows aggressive volume normalization without pumping.
