Color picker does not popup in latest jQuery (3.1.0)

Color picker does not popup in latest jQuery (3.1.0). I have tested to change back to jQuery 2.2.4 and then it works fine again.

Any update on this? Do you have more information? On IE9 I get an error 'getClientRects' not a function, the code tries to run offset on window. I wander if it has anything to do with jQuery 3...

The reason seems that selector property cannot be used after JQuery3.0. Please refer to the following page. https://jquery.com/upgrade-guide/3.0/#breaking-change-deprecated-context-and-selector-properties-removed

For me its working with jQuery 3,4.1.
