done. open question is how to handle federation to pods which are not ready to take more than 5

generally and maybe for this issue asking - Is it right that you have to just pull from my repo here and I cant submit a pull request as it goes to main diaspora repo? Anyway you could have a look here https://github.com/groovehunter/diaspora/tree/1_increase_hashtag_limit

I'm not sure we want to try to do this if it will cause problems on other pods.
