Asynchronous grep

When grepping-as-you-type, the interface locks up after each keystroke. Make the grep asynchronous, so this UX problem doesn't occur. Use a spinner or something, perhaps. Make it apply to all types of grep, including dir grep (Ctrl-Alt-G).
