Deployment doesn't work on Virtual Application

Hello team,

We are trying to deploy our cms on Azure App Service - Virtual Application path /cms. But it doesn't work. Same code deployment works well on / root.

As a workaround while we verify this, try setting the hostname of your Piranha site to:

www.myhost.com/cms

to see if this resolves the issue.

Can we keep the Virtual app name in app-setting? I will try to solve this at the weekend. If you have any suggestions, then I can follow that path too.

Since I'm developing on a Mac with just kestrel, if someone who's running Windows and can test this setup in for example IIS could help out that would be super!
