[BUG] Discord App Authentication prompting to add Webhook, results in 401
Describe the bug When connecting a Discord account, during the authorization process you're prompted to select a Add a Webhook.
After selecting a webhook in the Discord setup screen and click Accept, the configuration of the Discord webhook fails and you cannot add a Discord account to Pipedream.
To Reproduce
- Create a webhook with a Pipedream Discord action on your server.
- Delete the webhook from the Discord dashboard
- Delete the connected account
- Attempt to reconnect your Discord account
Expected behavior A clear and concise description of what you expected to happen.

Hi @ctrlaltdylan I was not able to recreate the issue with above steps., I deleted Pipedream webhook from Discord, and removed discord account from Pipedream and tried reconnecting and was successful.
However when trying to test the action I observed the following issue which I don't think is related to the above issue.
Since we're actively deprecating the Discord Webhook integration, I'm going to close this.
