Hello, Is it possible for your plugin to create a hyperlink that runs a home assistant service?

For instance, I would like to make a very simple text-based interface that displays when devices are on with a hyperlink under the device names that toggles the device.

For example,

Bedroom, Bathroom and Living Room lights are on.
