od blank improvements

Probably the od_blank number is the most important number in the entire protocol. How can we improve it?

• [ ] have users innoculate with "enough" sample s.t. the blank matters less. For example, if the OD blank is 0.0005V, but after innoculation, the OD measures 0.030V, then variance in the od blank matters less.
• [ ] have users rotate the vial, and remeasure. There is a somewhat significant variance caused by rotation. Here's two pioreactor's od_blanks, with rotating the vial a bit inbetween od_blank:`
