Regression? Can no longer capture screen with delay on KDE Wayland

Description I need to take screenshots with a delay of pop-up menus in IntelliJ, because if I click on anything else, they close, and pressing the screenshot shortcut does nothing while a pop-up menu is open.

When I attempt to take a screenshot with a delay using Pinta 2.1.2 on Fedora 38 KDE Wayland, the "Request screenshot" pop-up always appears in the screenshot, and the pop-up menu still closes.

Hmm, similar to #967 I think there's a good chance that this is a bug with the KDE XDG screenshot portal or the KDE screenshot tool. I think the default KDE screenshot tool is named Spectacle, so you could try running that manually to see if you get the same behaviour.
