Adjusting Magic Wand Tolerance slider does not recalculate selection
Description In Paint.NET, you can click somewhere with Magic Wand, then drag the tolerance slider to dynamically adjust tolerance until the right amount has been selected. In Pinta, dragging the Tolerance slider does not change the selection, so you must click exactly where you clicked last time to see the new effect. Besides not matching Paint.NET's behavior, this makes the tool much less usable.
To Reproduce Magic Wand select in an image. Drag the Tolerance slider. Expected behavior: Magic Wand selection adjusted to match tolerance. Actual behavior: no reselection.
