(Windows) window resizing by dragging it to edges
At least on Windows, a 'standard' window is maximized if it's dragged to the top edge:

...also, it is resized to occupy the right or left half of the screen if it's dragged to the respective edge.
For some reason, this doesn't happen with Pinta.
I am not that familiar with GTK, but since it is a mature toolkit, I suspect it might already account for this, and if it does, it's not properly configured on Pinta.
I tried on Windows 10 and it worked, so maybe it's something specific to Windows 11?
Could you try any other GTK apps, e.g. the gtk4-demo might be available if you installed GTK through mingw
I haven't had the time to dig that deeply, but I just tried with Geany, and the same thing happens, but admittedly it uses GTK 3 and not GTK 4. It might be a Windows 11 thing, as you said @cameronwhite
I think this sounds the same as the upstream bug https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/gtk/-/issues/7216 ?
Came here 20 seconds after installing Pinta to try it out and noticing the same issue.
