Zoom to Cursor
Description When zooming, it should zoom to the place where the mouse cursor is.
Additional context The current version of Paint.Net has it: screen-capture (19).webm
This is how it is in Pinta (zooms to the center): screen-capture (18).webm
There was a ticket for this on the old launchpad bug tracker which hasn't been migrated over here yet (https://bugs.launchpad.net/pinta/+bug/1958585) In summary, it's somewhat better in the development builds for Pinta 2.2, but at lower zoom levels it doesn't quite work because the canvas window still only starts scrolling once the image is too large to fit into view
I think part of the issue is that Pinta also doesn't allow you to drag beyond the edges of the canvas.
When you drag, you can't drag past the edges of the canvas which makes it difficult to paint in the edges without accidentally clicking something on the toolbar/clicking the scrollbar.
Refreshing this in hopes of it getting fixed. It completely kills my workflow. Please.
