even of course with the option to not check for ring. Tested in the same server on overworld, normal spawn

The sea level of simpledimensions' world is weird. If there are no water block at y = world.provider.getAverageGroundLevel() - 2, the ship will not spawn. I will add other spawn method for non-sea level water blocks.
