Addon not installing on blender 3.0

I tried to install the addon on different OSs, but mainly to use on linux, and blender 3.0 but it does not get installed. Is it compatible?

A bit late, but I found that trying to install via downloading the repo as a zip and using install from zip in blender didn't work. However, downloading the armorpaint_livelink.py directly and then using install from zip and selecting the .py instead worked.
