Currently, Emacs-LanguageTool.el doesn't have Flycheck integration option. Could you please add this feature in the future?

By the way, there's a separate package which integrates LanguageTool with Flycheck: https://github.com/emacs-languagetool/flycheck-languagetool

I added support to ispell LocalWords file variable as the personal file-level dictionary for this package.
