After tying on a Hanging sign, the player will move

Describe the bug This bug only cause in hanging sign but not on general sign.

To Reproduce Pressing the movement keys (default: W, A, S, D) in the hanging sign.

Version and Mod List InvMove: 0.8.5 Forge/Fabric/Quilt version: Fabric and Forge Minecraft: 1.20.4
