Slows player when moving in inventory

Describe the feature you'd like Slows player when moving in inventory in a configurable percentage.

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. In real life, when we concentrate on other things, we can't move as fast as normal. In the game, when we are concentrate on the gui, we should move slower. This feature also makes InvMove more balanced.
