Only Kingsong wheels are implemented

I have structured the code to make it easy to add new wheel manufacturers, only one set of cpp and h files needs to be created. Kingsong.cpp and Kingsong.h can be used as reference. A minor change is also needed in the BLE code to identify the manufacturer and set a couple of variables.
