I Cant turn OFF Pisugar3

I cant turn off the Pisugar3.

I hold the power button but the blue light stay on.

Is my unit defective?

same here - full hold of power button for over 60s does not power down

(this occurred when the OS containing pisugar server corrupted and became unresponsive - then button presses did nothing, disconnecting did nothing, had to wait for full output cycle for full power down)
