Implement GET CONFIGURATION for MMC (Multi-Media) devices

Having GET CONFIGURATION is in particular important for devices that support different media types, e.g. optical devices like DVD-RAM drives with support for DVD-RAM, CD-ROMs, DVDs, ... There are device drivers and tools (at least for the Atari) that use this SCSI command to find out which type of media is inserted, in order to offer functionality related to the current media type.

This can most likely be a backwards compatible extension to the existing CD-ROM emulation.
