efivar bug https://github.com/rhboot/efivar/commit/4e04afc2df9bbc26e5ab524b53a6f4f1e61d7c9e has been fixed in mainline but it is not part of the most recent release (efivar-37).

Without this fix efibootmgr fails 'efibootmgr -v'

Create patch to apply during 2.590-efivar.sh
