Disabling Admin mode brings up an OTP prompt

When an admin user disables Admin mode, they are redirected to an OTP prompt page which makes it seem as if another OTP is required to actually disable Admin mode (confounded by the fact that the top bar still displays the message "Admin mode is currently enabled"). In reality, Admin mode is already disabled and entering the OTP enables it back again. :)
