When a mod invitation is revoked, the user isn't notified

If a sub owner invites someone to mod and then realizes it was a mistake and revokes the invitation, no notification is given to the target user. This means the target user sees the invitation, tries to respond to it and gets a 403 with no useful information, which they interpret as a bug.
