Ability to save comments

Currently there is a 'save' button on posts in the post view. This adds a post to the 'saved posts' page they can access from their user page.

Users want to be able to save comments also. So, add a 'save' button to the list of options on comments, and add a 'saved comments' page they can access from their user page.
