What iDevice, iOS/iPad version, and computer operating system are you using?

EDIT: You probably haven't successfully booted through palera1n. You should reboot and run again.

UPDATE: figure out the problem is with my lightning cable. I have to use the usb-a to lightning instead of the usb-c to lightning.
