Variable Height - Compile variable height print files from PNGs

Add the ability to use a png list as the source for layers and set the retaive heights via TXT file like for the STL slicing variable height.

This is tied to #18 since such a function will need absolute layer heights in order for the software to compoare current layer height with defined layer height change. it should run untill the images stop
