Add troubleshooting section for Debian installation

There isn't much information on how to troubleshoot the installation process for other debian coprocessors. In the page for advanced command line usage, there can be guides on:

1. How to connect to the coprocessor via SSH
2. How to check status with systemctl
3. How to see logs with journalctl
4. Troubleshooting an issue with runtime files not being found due to invalid cache

This could help lots of users install photonvision on their own hardware that isn't already supported
