Use /proc/device-tree/compatible for SOC model name

Right now we use the device tree model string to test for specific SBCs (including the orange pi and cool pi). But what we actually want is a way to tell if we're currently running a rk3588/356x/whatever. Worth checking this string on popular distros to see if it's more flexible or better standardized
