Describe the bug When using" Paint Brush", the circle and square buttons are positioned incorrectly

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Open the "PhotoFlare"
2. Click on "Paint Brush" on the toolbar

Expected behavior When click on the "Paint Brush" button, the circle and square buttons are positioned correctly
