Display broken line instead of solid line

Describe the bug Solid, small-width lines display broken if you zoom out.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Create a new image.
2. Using the Line tool with radius 1, draw a line.
3. Zoom out.
4. See broken line.

Expected behavior Displaying solid line

Additional context If you zoom in then line display solid. When saving image lines become solid.
